Conventional western medicine often cannot provide satisfactory solutions, so those with chronic conditions, such as obesity and related conditions, increasingly turn to alternative therapies to improve their quality of life. Some such examples are:

- Yoga
- Massage
- Homeopathy
- Nutritionists
- Chiropractic
- Cultivate a positive attitude as you live a happy and active life.
- Spend at least one hour each day outdoors exercising or being active.
- Learn to prepare delicious natural food that balance you and your family.
- Create a peaceful mealtime (sit at the dinner table with a straight spine) no TV!
- Chew your food well (minimum 25 times each bite).
- Exercise to raise the metabolism and energy level (yoga, walking, biking, or swimming).
- Try to go to bad by 11 p.m. and rise at sunrise (sleep 8-9 hours in a dark room).
- Avoid toxins, chemical and pollutants, and use healthy alternatives when possible.
- A flame or gas stove is essential. Avoid electric stoves or microwave cooking.
- Minimize and manage stress in your life with acupuncture, aromatherapy, and massage.
- Learn how to say NO to junk food.
- Meditate
- If you follow all the above it will give you PERMANENT HAPPINES AND A BIG SMILE!
