One of the most important functions in a human liver is food metabolism. Therefore, healthy metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, sodium (salt), and fluids may be affected by a dysfunctional liver. So, we at Nutrilligence created this “Happy Liver” recipe that will help you balance and rejuvenate your liver function. Chlorophyll rich dark green leafy vegetables (the healthiest carbohydrates) and quality fats and proteins (nuts, seeds and omega 3 reach oils) are the most harmonious nutrients for improving the liver function.
Try to make this “Happy Liver” salad mix for yourself 3-4 times per week, especially during spring, and it will reward you with a wonderful permanent smile on your face caused by a beautifully tuned liver function.

We at Nutrilligence believe that comfort food doesn’t necessarily need to be exclusively cold-weather meals that warm the soul and invoke memories of the passing winter.
We think that comfort food should be a specific seasonal, organic, local and whole food choice that makes your body comfortable, healthy and happy both physically and emotionally on any giving day, night, week or season. That’s why we created the list of foods that make you comfortable throughout the year.

We at Nutrilligence think that quality foods are the best “medicine”. We would like to introduce to you three different foods with powerful healing (nutritional and medicinal) proprieties. Adzuki beans are high in protein and a very good source of carbohydrates, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and calcium. Hijiki is a strikingly black strands seaweed, the richest seaweed in calcium (10 times more than in a cow’s milk) and iron. And our favorite homemade Tempeh which is a cultured (fermented) cake of soy beans and/or grains that has been a staple food in Indonesia for centuries.
Try to incorporate these foods into your diet and you will feel their nutritional power.
