Exercise is a Powerful “Pill”

  • Try to exercise your cardiovascular system two-three times daily between meals until start sweating. This is the best way to keep your metabolism up and running.
  • Short cardiovascular workouts (2x 10-15 minutes) should be performed on a regular basis.
  • If you are at home or at work, start with walking up and down the stairs for a few minutes.
  • Roll each shoulder eight times (back and foreword)
  • Do 4-5 left and right side bands.
  • Jump 10-15 times (jumping jacks) and do 10-15 knee lifts.
  • Stretch your muscles and try to relax. Try to do a couple of yoga positions.
  • Meditate through deep breathing.
