2 Tbs Flax seeds
1-2 tsp Chlorella or Spirulina powder
1-2 tsp Nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp Lecithin granules
1 small Banana
½ cup Pineapple chunks
½ cup Seasonal fruit: such as ORGANIC (and low glycemic) – strawberries, blackberries,blueberries, pears, kiwi, or apples
1-2 Tbs Nuts: raw or soaked (almonds, filberts, walnuts)
1-2 Tbs Seeds: raw or soaked (sunflower, pumpkin)
1 cup Almond milk, or Soy milk, or Kefir or Yogurt (plain organic)
Grind in the blender 2 Tbs of flax seeds. Add and blend Chlorella or Spirulina powder, Nutritional yeast, and Lecithin granules.
Be creative with fruit: pick one or two fruits from the ingredients list. Add nuts and seeds and either milk, kefir or yogurt.
If flax seeds are not available use 1-2 tsp of flax seed oil instead.
Note: If flax seeds are used, DRINK SOON after mixing, or you will need to eat it with a spoon.
