Liver health

Contrary to popular belief the most prominent factors that imbalance our diet and lifestyle are lack of knowledge, poor thoughts, lack of consciousness, diet, lifestyle, exposure to toxins, exposure to viruses, bacteria, yeast, parasitic animals, unpleasant life situations. Bad genes, viruses and bacteria are the last causative agent in the long raw of real life hazards.

Weight Management

If you ever unsuccessfully battled with loosing weight and shaping your body, as well as trying to eliminate health problems such as low energy levels, bloating, constipation, fatigue, stress, allergies and poor eating habits, you should be a part of the NWMP (Nutrilligence Weight Management Program). The NWMP program will help you reach your optimum weight while removing the toxic buildup in your body. It will help you achieve your optimum weight through recommendations in nutrition, food preparation, exercise and relaxation.

Detoxification

New, green food sources, with their metabolism-stimulating effects, abound from the first tender leafy vegetable shoots. Cleansing, anti-oxidant-rich herbs promote a feeling of new life and restored well being. Nature starts chuckling in the spring. (Laughter is a good cleanser for people, too. It boosts your body’s beta-endorphins to induce a sense of euphoria and enhances immune function). Warmer weather tends to lower our appetite needs; it prompts more activity and movement, and stimulates cleansing processes. Nature has designed the perfect times for a spring cleanse.

Diabetes

A diet rich in carbohydrate-containing foods, whether high in sugar or high in starch (such as white rice, white bread, potatoes, processed breakfast cereals,…), raises the blood sugar and insulin levels. The blood sugar-raising effect caused by food, called “glycemic index,” depends on how rapidly carbohydrates are absorbed. Many starchy foods have a glycemic index similar to sucrose (table sugar).

Digestion imbalances

Almost all health problems are due to stress: physical, emotional and environmental. However, many physicians believe that a major cause of digestive illnesses is a combination of poor nutrition and exposure to toxic substances such as side-stream smoke, chlorine and fluoride from water, air pollution, cosmetics, toiletries, household cleaning supplies, medications, and workplace toxins.

High Blood Sugar

In the human body there are two major hormones that regulate blood sugar level: insulin and glucagon. In cases where glucose (blood sugar) levels increase, less glucagon and more insulin is released by the pancreas targeting liver. In cases where glucose levels decrease, less insulin and more glucagon is released by the pancreas targeting liver. Therefore, for normal and healthy blood sugar regulation we need the pancreas and the liver in healthy working conditions.

Sport Nutrition

For every physical activity, the body requires energy. The amount of required energy depends on the duration and type of activity. Energy is measured in kcal and it is obtained either from body stores or the food we consume. Glycogen is the main source of fuel used by muscles to enable you to undertake both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. If you train with low glycogen stores you will feel constantly tired, your training performance will be lower and you will be more prone to injury and illness.
